The alligator clip is surprisingly sturdy for such a delicate-looking bow, and it grips fine baby hair without tugging. The flocked chiffon feels soft and has a nice matte finish that photographs well. I've already ordered it in another color.

The hemmed edge on this bow is beautifully finished, and the 9-inch size feels just right on my daughter's ponytail. The alligator clip grips her fine hair securely, which is a win for us. I'll be ordering another one for her baby book.
