The flocked cotton feels so soft and sturdy at the same time, and the clip sits securely without pulling my baby's fine hair. I love that it's single-layered for a clean, light look rather than bulky. This is the third one I've ordered, so that says something.

The hemmed edge is so neatly finished that it doesn’t snag her baby-fine hair at all, and the alligator clip holds firm even when she’s wriggling. It’s the perfect little size for a newborn’s first photos.

I clipped this into my daughter's fine hair and the alligator clip held perfectly all day without slipping. The hemmed edge gives it a nicer finish than most of the plain ribbon bows we've tried.
