The linen feels crisp and breathable, and that delicate hemmed edge stays flat against my hairline without any scratchy bulk. The nylon headband is snug enough to hold it in place all day, even through a windy walk.

I was slightly nervous about the headband fitting, but the one-size-fits-all nylon band is genuinely stretchy and stayed put all afternoon. The tiny 3 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch linen bow feels light on my baby's head, and the delicate hemmed edge looks so much neater in person than in photos.

The headband actually stays put all day, which never happens for me, and the grid pattern hides lint and dog hair surprisingly well. The single-layer linen is light enough that I forget I'm wearing it, but the delicate hem keeps it from looking flimsy.
