Introducing: Our flocked fabric shop! It's time to see what YOU create.

This lovely petite flocked hot pink watermelon fabric is made with a partner in Japan, and produced on lime 100% polyester organza with an iridescent finish. Watermelons have pigment printed black seeds and a green rind.

Care instructions: By nature, flocked fabrics are very delicate, and that's what makes them beautiful! We recommend hand-washing on cold and hanging dry. Please be mindful to not "scrub" the flocking.

The flocking is so soft and adds a nice texture you don’t get from regular printed fabric—the hot pink watermelons pop against the lime background. I’ve already cut into it for a small quilt and the polyester base held up fine through the wash.

The color is a true hot pink that pops against the lime background, and the flocked watermelon pattern has a velvety depth that shows up nicely in person. It's a bit thinner than I expected for a polyester, but it should work fine for a small quilting project.
